**About This Role**

Are you looking to kick start you career within HR? Would you like to utilise your degree and join our Graduate Intern program? We are seeking a graduate intern to work in our growing organization for a twelve-month period, starting in the summer time.

The Graduate Intern Program will give you a unique opportunity to put your skills to the test and help you develop a broad set of hard and soft business competencies, by working with the team at Biogen. The programme seeks to give talent who have recently graduated or will be graduating shortly, the chance to accelerate their careers with the intention of creating the next generation of leaders in Biogen.

We are seeking someone with an interest in building their experience in Human Resources, within a company like Biogen. Reporting into the HR Director, you will be exposed to all elements of HR in a truly generalist role, support the HRBP’s in partnering with the business, as well as driving and executing key business initiatives and strategies with excellence, agility, focus on people and speed to continuously prepare, develop, and transform; ensuring Biogen continues to be a best place to work across the marketplace.

**What You’ll Do**

Roles and responsibilities vary across our intern programme, but we all share the same commitment to excellence and the drive to ensure we provide patients with the best possible care and our customers with the best possible experiences.

The program is designed for recent graduates to work closely with leadership, learning from established mentors and developing a network of outstanding colleagues. The program will be very hands-on, and you will be in the business from day 1, working to add value to our business, our customers and our patients.

You will be able to run your own projects, reporting to the HR team. The type of project’s you could work on include:

- New Employee Orientation
- Employee relations
- Wellbeing initiatives
- Policy updates
- Analytical activities to review and improve processes

**Qualifications**:
**Required Skills**:

- Strong academic achievements, in HR or Business Management
- Advanced analytical skills
- Energy and vision to drive change
- A good team member
- Eagerness to learn and willingness to challenge status quo
- Ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Extracurricular activities that demonstrate your drive and skillset
