As our HR Shared Solutions Intern, you’ll be engaged with bringing our Shared Solutions operating model to life in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will provide leadership to the Shared Solutions team in the region and work with our global HR teams on key projects and processes that seek to deliver efficiencies and exceptional employee experience.

This role is focused on running smooth day-to-day HR operations, delivering operational excellence and experience that support business strategies and objectives. The person in this role loves finding solutions, problem-solving, managing projects, measuring and tracking program success, and making things happen. The role spans multiple countries in the region.

**Your day to day**:

- Digitizing HR files & auditing/validating in compliance with local law, large project focus for the duration of the internship. Opportunity to develop organizational skills and knowledge of retention regulations across EMEA
- EMEA HR Wave Page redesign and implementation
- Conduct ad hoc audits on employee data in SuccessFactors
- Onboarding administration (learning about different contracts and local practices)
- Contribute to ongoing development and maintenance of HR knowledge base and templates
- Supporting Compensation and Benefits with employee enrollment and general support as required
- Processing employee inquiries across the span of the lifecycle such as onboarding, promotions, internal transfers, offboarding
- HRIS reporting
- Gain an understanding of how business works in practice (I.e. having short introductions to different areas of the business throughout internship)
- Support the launch of the global IDEA survey with our Global Diversity and Inclusion lead
- Engage in fostering an environment of teamwork, customer satisfaction, communication, approachability, and empowerment
- Manage and react to HR operational inquiries
- Promote the Shared Solutions support model to enhance the employment experience at Poly
- Work closely with the Shared Solutions team members and HRBPs to develop and deliver innovative employee programs to drive a high-performance culture
- Partner across the HR team to support and contribute to our business and people strategy objectives
- Seek out opportunities to further automate processes
- Monitor quality assurance and data accuracy of HR processes and employee inquiries

**What you bring to the team**:

- Experience analyzing and interpreting data with the goal of improving the customer experience and problem-solving
- Proven track record of building solid partner relationships and influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders
- Ability to understand complex processes and their interrelations across all HR functions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
