Business Analyst

Modis are partnering with a Global client who are a specialist within their field. Our client are embarking on a major Payroll transformation across 22 countries in the EMEA region. The transformation will see them move from 17 suppliers to full integrationwith 2 key suppliers.
We require an experienced Business Analyst to work with a wide range of stakeholders to conduct full analysis of current systems and processes following the project all the way through to go-live. You will be liaising with payroll stakeholders across Europeso an understanding of payroll processes and projects is vital for this role.
- Extensive Business Analysis experience
- A background in Payroll and working on Payroll transformation projects is essential
- Previous experience on European or Global transformation programmes
- Any experience with the following technologies would be beneficial: SAP, TMF Horizon and Zalaris
- Excellent communication skills.
This is a very exciting programme of work that is due to last for at least 18 months. The role is based predominantly remote with occasional travel to Maidenhead of Liverpool (whichever is closer to you). You will also visit Switzerland between 4-6 timesthroughout the project. The role has been deemed inside of IR35.
