CV Screen is recruiting for an experienced Telecoms Business Process Analyst for a leading IT / Telecoms business near Maidenhead. You will join a company at the forefront of technology that employs over 200 staff across Europe.
The role is ideally hybrid, with 1 or 2 days a week from the Head Office, but full remote working will be considered. A salary of up to £65,000 + Excellent Benefits is available.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Ensure appropriate mapping of new product developments, capability enhancements and operational efficiency changes onto business processes.
- Alignment of business process with the strategic direction of the wider business.
- End to end processes, analysis, improvement, re-engineering, modelling (documentation) of MSP and MVNO business processes per desired telecom frameworks (eTOM or similar).
- To ensure all Telecom (MVNO) specific processes are developed and documented in accordance with Telecom operator standards and are accessible and available for business process stakeholders via process management or ISO standards tools.

**SKILLS REQUIRED (you will have the majority of).**
- Established record of Telco Experience.
- Proven Business Analysis / Business Process Modelling experience.
- Full understanding of OSS/BSS Processes with established in depth experience in re-engineering these processes as per eTOM standards.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and governance and tools.

**The role would suit an experienced Telecoms Business Analyst or Telco Business Process Analyst who is looking to join an organisation within the growing IoT space.
**LOCATION
**Maidenhead / Berkshire (ideally 1 or 2 days per week in the office).
COMMUTE FROM - Slough / Windsor / High Wycombe / Reading / Marlow
**SALARY:
**To £65,000 + 25 Days Holiday + Private Healthcare + Onsite Gym + Pension
