**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support individuals with daily living tasks, encouraging independence and self-care
- Implement personalised care plans that align with each person’s goals and needs
- Provide emotional support and positive encouragement to those in your care
- Communicate effectively with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure cohesive support
- Safely transport individuals to appointments and activities (if required)
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and individual progress
- Use basic IT skills for documentation and communication
- Participate in ongoing training and development
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience working with children or in a childcare setting is highly desirable
- A strong understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transport-related responsibilities
- Above all, a kind, compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others achieve their full potential

Pay: £12.44-£13.00 per hour

- Residential Children Home: 1 year (required)
