**THE ROLE**: As the Sales Manger you will be responsible for the overall performance of the Department. This role is managing a team of 4 internal Sales reps to achieve their sales targets. Taking ownership of the department you will be responsiblefor streamlining sales processes, Implementing sales strategies and coaching and development of your team. This is a great opportunity to come into a role where you can implement change stamp your authority on the department.
