My client is looking to hire a **National Sales & Specification Manager** who will be working closely with the Managing Director in a young and dynamic company. You will be well supported by an already well run sales and operations team.

The right Sales Executive will have proven ability in driving sales through effective relationships, networks, and creating successful partnerships. You will be tasked with selling the company products into Architects, Interior Designers, Pool Builders,Developers, Builders, Landscape Designers, and homeowners for high end luxury products and have full sales responsibility for growing the business.

**National Sales & Specification Manager - Position Overview**
- Proven ability to acquire, develop and lead a winning sales and sales support team to create a high growth sales stream
- Full Sales responsibility for the company - generating and managing sales and pipeline
- Leveraging existing networks and client bases to create new business opportunities
- Re-igniting relationships with previous clients
- Creating new domestic and international reseller partnerships
- Help create and lead the sales and support teams at all levels for inbound and outbound sales and fulfilment
- Help develop clear strategies for B2B and B2C marketplaces to help drive the business nationally and internationally

**National Sales & Specification Manager - Position Requirements**
- Must have proven experience in winning/securing new profitable business
- Must have proven experience in developing strong relationships that translate to high
- margin, highly profitable contracts
- Must have field experience and be interested in being out of the office prospecting in front of potential new clients
- You must develop a strong understanding of the Architectural and Specification markets
- Develop a good understanding of the processes from specification through to the Building and Construction Industries
- Must be well presented, confident in speaking with others, providing meaningful presentations as well as engaging in the next steps towards being specified and translating specifications into orders
- Must understand the Art of selling. This includes assessing prospects, engaging prospects and qualification of these prospects through to winning/closing the sale

**National Sales & Specification Manager - Position Remuneration**
- Salary £50,000 to £60,000 dependent upon experience
- Commission scheme
- Monday - Friday
- Possibility to work 1 day from home a week
- Laptop, mobile phone and relevant apps
- Car allowance
- 20 days plus bank holiday
- Statutory Stakeholder Pension Scheme
