**Job Duties**:

- Provide 1-1 support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Assist with the implementation of individualised behaviour plans
- Support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to create a supportive learning environment
- Monitor and record student progress and behaviour

**Required Qualifications**:

- Experience working with children or young adults with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD
- Strong understanding of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Education**:

- Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting
- Demonstrated ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Knowledge of strategies for supporting students with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or equivalent
- Training in de-escalation techniques and positive behaviour support

**Working Conditions**:

- Temporary position based in a school setting
- Full-time hours with potential for extension
- Collaborative work environment with dedicated support staff
