**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Working closely with teachers to deliver tailored support plans
- Building strong, trusting relationships with students
- Supporting pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement
- Helping students meet their academic and personal development goals

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **HLTA status**or equivalent experience
- Proven experience working with **SEMH**or in alternative provision settings
- A calm, empathetic and adaptable approach
- Confidence in leading learning and managing behaviour positively
- Passion for inclusive education and supporting vulnerable learners
