You’ll support students 1:1 and in small groups, adapt learning materials, and use a range of strategies to boost engagement, confidence, and progress. You’ll have the chance to contribute to personalised learning plans, take part in regular team meetings, and access ongoing professional development to strengthen your practice in SEN support.
