We have high expectations of the behaviour of all of our children and are proud of the calm and purposeful environment at our school. Our SEND provision is highly valued by our parents, and was praised in our recent OFSTED inspection. We recognise the vital role that our support staff play in the positive outcomes that our children achieve, and pride ourselves on developing the individual talents of all members of staff.As a member of the TA team, you will benefit from weekly planning meetings with our Inclusion teacher, weekly training from the headteacher, dedicated administration time at the end of the school day, and working in a school with high expectations for all. As a member of support staff, you will also be a member of our 'Play Team', whose role it is to lead lunchtime play across the school. As a new member of the team, we will provide you with targeted CPD and an induction programme designed to help you quickly become part of our school family.We offer a broad and balanced curriculum and a range of extracurricular activities. We have a supportive parent community that values education and works in partnership with the school. Our children are articulate, well-behaved and enthusiastic, and are eager to learn and share their views.The school has large classrooms, a music room and children’s kitchen.
