We have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for an entry level position within an amazing law firm.
You will be a part of a successful billing team and duties will include but are not limited to;
- Act as first point of contact for queries and requests
- Manage WIP and prepare WIP reports
- Amending WIP and prepare draft bills
- Finalise bills
- Assist the Billing Coordinator
- Oversee compliance
- Communicate with fee earners and partners plus external clients
- Manage disbursements
- Request the opening of new case files
All training for the position will be provided, but our client is looking for someone who has

- Ability to manage own workload
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
