**About the role**

We're looking for a creative and innovative content marketer to join our Marketing Team based in the Central Belt covering a maternity leave. As Content Lead, you'll be accountable for content marketing initiatives across the Space Solutions group, supporting business wide objectives and focusing on engagement, brand profiling, lead generation and customer retention.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop content strategies and activities as part of the wider marketing and communications strategy
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of content marketing across the wider group (including case studies, blogs, thought pieces, social copy and promotional content as required)
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimise content through SEO, analytics and review of paid digital content
- Support the delivery of the internal communications strategy
- Work with wider employee body to create marketing and business development content, providing advice and editing support (including tender documentation)

**About you**

You can tell a good story and know how to tailor content across a variety of platforms and audiences. You’ll have a keen eye for detail with a curious mindset and excellent writing, proofing and editing skills.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, English or Journalism
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience creating content for digital and growing a social audience

**Skills & Other Requirements**
- Ability to analyse and present content performance and understand basic best practices of digital channels, which content and approaches work and why
- Basic understanding of websites (WordPress) and knowledge of HTML would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and organised
- Ability to inspire confidence and trust among customers and stakeholders
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practice in content marketing
- Ability to work as part of a small team and manage multiple project deadlines.
