What you can expect
- Repairs - Carry out basic repairs and planned reactive maintenance - carpentry, electrical, plumbing, plastering and decorating repairs to the fabric of a building
- Tools - To use and maintain hand and power tools to achieve optimum performance, appropriate to the project, ensuring to store safely
- Resources - Learning the importance of control or resources and stock
- Health & Safety - To learn the principles of health, safety and welfare and how these are applied in the workplace
- Team work - The role will give the skills and abilities to not only be part of a team but to play an active role within a busy team.
- Stakeholder Management - Developing and maintaining relationships with Managers, Colleagues and Customers

Multi Skilled Operative Apprenticeship - What’s in it for you
- Rates of pay higher than national minimum apprenticeship - £6.13 per hour minimum
- Working hours 39 per week (Monday to Friday)(inclusive of day release)
- Day release to attend college
- Early finish Fridays
- On-the-job training
- Accredited training leading to a qualification

- Your own personal mentor

What we’re looking for

Ideally, you will have a GCSE in Maths and English (Grades A* to C/4 - 9), however, more importantly, you will have a passion for learning, a desire to work in a practical hands-on role, a great work ethic and a real can-do approach to everything you do.

Multi Skilled Apprenticeship - What we offer

Not only can you expect to work with a great bunch of colleagues and learn a recognised trade, you will also receive up to 22 days annual leave and 8 bank holidays, have access to professional support for your physical and mental wellbeing, you can choose from a selection of High street and Lifestyle discounts and up to 8 hours paid Volunteering time per year Also,Statutory Sick Pay and Industry Sick Pay, Accident and Death insurance in accordance with the Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC) Working Rule Agreement.
