**Whats in it for you?**
- Rates of pay higher than national minimum apprenticeship - £6.13 per hour minimum.
- Working hours 40 per week (Monday to Friday) (inclusive of day release)
- 22 Days holiday & bank holidays
- with the option to buy or sell your holidays.

**What you can expect**:
As an Apprentice Multi Trade here at Novus, your role would typically be working alongside a team of trade colleagues undertaking reactive maintenance works in customers homes, across the region and the skills you would learn throughout your apprenticeship would include.
- **Repairs** Carry out basic repairs and planned reactive maintenance - carpentry, electrical, plumbing, plastering, and decorating repairs to the fabric of a building.
- **Tools** To use and maintain hand and power tools to achieve optimum performance, appropriate to the project, ensuring to store safely.
- **Resources** Learning the importance of control or resources and stock.
- **Health & Safety** To learn the principles of health, safety and welfare and how these are applied in the workplace.
- **Teamwork** - The role will give the skills and abilities to not only be part of a team but to play an active role within a busy team.
- **Stakeholder Management** Developing and maintaining relationships with Managers, Colleagues and Customers
