Coordinates the planning, implementation, support, usage and management of a departmental or organizational telecommunications network.

**About the role**:
**What you'll be doing**:

- Management of Incidents and Service Request queues for the engineering team
- Management of NSSR’s and LV orders
- Management of project tickets
- Quality control between internal Quotations dept. and client requirements
- Essex onsite facility management, including building permits, passes and authority to work documents
- Onsite team’s health and safety management
- Single point of contact for administrative interactions with ECC and Mitie
- Project support
- Client billing and finance model
- Maintain risk register
- Office management including stationery and raising purchase orders
- General support for Line Manager and Team leader including and annual leave records
- Ad-hoc admin support and minute keeping for Essex Service and Project teams

**What we're looking for**:

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and written skills, able to engage people at all levels both internally and externally in a professional manner
- Knowledge of Capita Management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- General organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proof reading
