**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a vigilant and customer-oriented and experienced female Door Supervisor to join our team. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and staff. Your primary role will involve monitoring entry and exit points, managing crowds, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Please note that you will be self employed.

the position is to work every friday and saturday evening alongside a very experienced team of professionals in soho in a busy members club so you must have experience in a similar venue

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting thorough of individuals entering and exiting the premises
- Enforcing venue policies to maintain order and safety
- Responding promptly to incidents and diffusing potentially volatile situations
- Providing by monitoring for theft or suspicious behavior
- Operating systems to oversee activities within the premises
- Assisting with customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborating with local authorities when necessary to handle security issues

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role
- Valid Door Supervisor SIA license
- Proficiency in first aid procedures is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
