An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an administrator in our team. This is a newly created post so the successful applicant will have an opportunity to make it their own.
The role is part of a small team providing physical health support for the community MH nursing teams. The Physical Health in SMI team provide timely assessment, physical health interventions and monitoring for those at high clinical risk of physical ill health.
We are looking for a confident, competent individual to support the team on a part-time basis with various administrative tasks that are essential in keeping the service running smoothly.
- To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the clinical staff and managers within the Department.
- To be the first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors; to handle enquiries from all, efficiently and courteously and with a polite and professional manner.
- Collating leave/Toil requests and ordering of supplies for the team.
