**Team Administrator Responsibilities
**As the Team Administrator some of your duties will include:
- Project Administration including attending internal inception meetings, minute taking, report formatting.
- Be the first point of contact for the 10 Project Leaders (Directors, Associates and Consultants)
- Assisting with bid preparation, report production, printing and booking travel arrangements.
- Implementing delivery of the Environmental Management System (EMS) within the office, as well as office cleaning contracts and office security/alarms.
- Social and Office events coordination.
- Upkeep of the database, filing and archiving (using Sharepoint).

**Team Administrator Experience**
The company are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience of working in an office environment for a minimum of four years.
- Good working experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Self-motivated, driven and adaptable with a flexible approach.
- The ability to work as part of an effective team, use your initiative, and possess the confidence to take full responsibility for your work.
- You should have great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Possess a strong eye for detail and able to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
**Location
**Our client’s modern office is based North of Oxford, with parking available onsite. Working hours are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday, with an hour for lunch.
Interview stages will take place virtually in the first instance, then in person at their offices. Training is provided.
