**ADMINISTRATOR**

**About The Role**

We are a growing engineering importer based in Plymouth. We are ready to create a new role within our admin team.

Along with usual admin duties and cover to colleagues, this role will be responsible for processing and creating the documentation required to record and ultimately deliver complex sales packages to our key clients.

You will be well organised and have great attention to detail. You will be the link between the various functions within sales and account management.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be providing administrative support to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency. It is important that you are able to prioritise, have a keen eye for detail and good organisational skills.

This role is being offered on a full-time basis. This is an office (Plympton) based role.

**Core Duties**
- Data entry
- Order processing
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Recording and reporting order spreadsheets

To be considered for the role of Administrator, you will be / have:

- Organisation skills with good attention to detail
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Competent MS Office user - particularly MS Excel
- Good data analysis and input skills
- The ability to determine priorities
- Take an organised approach to work, plan, monitor and adapt priorities
- Ability to deal with customers courteously and professionally at all times
- Share feedback from our customers to help improve services and meet business objectives
- Ability to challenge convention in the way we work to continually improve our business
