**About this role**

As part of our **Site Budget Management** team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The **Senior Site Budget Specialist **will serve as the lead for administrative, reporting, contractual, and financial support to the Management of the Site Budget. Responsibilities include proposal bidding, study budget template creation, set-up of payment fee schedule in Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), protocol amendment review and budget updates, budget forecasting, issue/risk resolution, and Healthcare Professional/ Transfer of Value (HCP/TOV) reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create baseline Study Investigator Grant (IG) budget estimates for Clients utilizing a pricing tool and assessing for Fair Market Value (FMV).
- Prepare master internal study budget templates upon study award in accordance with schedule of assessments in protocol.
- Prepare master external study budget templates at country level and distribute to TFS study team.
- Create visit, procedure, and site fee definitions in CTMS system.
- Create study/country-level fee schedule templates in CTMS system.
- Provide assistance with TFS SSU during site budget negotiations to provide FMV for procedures and site level fees utilizing a pricing tool, as requested
- Create and approve site-level fee schedules per clinical study agreements (CSAs) in payment section of CTMS system.
- Serve as primary contact for study budget template or CTMS fee schedule issue escalation
- Serve as primary contact of payment section in CTMS for CTMS vendor and provide input as requested for system updates and functions
- Serve as primary contact for internal/external requests for updates to master study budget template based on changes to protocol in amendment and schedule of assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of budget creation from protocol or operational management experience at a CRO
- Medidata experience will be an advantage
- Communication and customer service skills
- Critical-thinking, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to manage conflicts and resolve noted challenges/ concerns
- Ability to make decisions based on limited information and prior experience
- Ability to track/manage multiple competing deliverable/ deadlines
- Good oral, written, and communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and investigative skills
