**Job Summary**
Direct Mini Mix Ltd are looking for an Office assistant we would love you to join our team.

Knowledge within the industry would be useful, however training will be provided within the company.

Full time hours available with a permanent role. We are a busy company with an ever expanding premises. Looking for someone as soon as possible.

Must be able to use a computer competently. You must be capable of using mathematics to work out invoice totals and VAT amounts, calculators are provided. Customer service and bubbly personality with the ability to keep up with a fast paced company are the needed qualities for this position.

You must be able to work weekdays Mon - Fri between the hours of 6:45/8:00am - 16:30/17:00pm.
Please note you will be expected to work through school holidays, if you have children you will need to make sure you have child care in place for their time off. Hourly rate will depend on experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain organised filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Sorting Invoices, Writing Invoices and pairing invoices together
- Booking jobs in via phone call or face to face in the office
- Keeping the office clean and tidy and in safe manor
- Assisting vehicles coming onto our site and operating the weighbridge
- Booking vehicles in for inspections or MOTS and any repair work if needed
- Recording all information provided when vehicles enter our site
- Providing Duty of care for the vehicles entering our site

**Experience**
- English Language for healthy and safety reasons
- Reliable with good time keeping
- Be able to work independently as well as working as a team
- Familiarity with Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: will depend on experience

£11.00-£16.00 per hour
