Marketing and Admin Assistant

Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client, who are now looking for a Marketing and Office Assistant to join their small but friendly team.
Working in amazing offices near Poole, you will be a car driver as you may need to travel to help at events.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1 years Marketing experience and be willing to work in a general marketing and office admin role.
- Able to work alone and self-start to ensure that set targets are achieved and completing tasks to time scales set
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of online and traditional marketing techniques
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to grasp a variety of platforms and systems including Excel, and CRM software
**Principal Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Database data input, including updating customer records and compiling reports
- Supporting 3rd party agencies to create posts across all social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Maintain, update, and develop the website, working with a 3rd party agency and support from senior team members
- Assisting with content creation for both digital and traditional marketing channels, as well as liaising with 3rd party agencies
- Ordering stationery, promotional material, and point-of-sale items
- Support on any additional ad-hoc admin tasks as required around the office
- Answer office phone and answer any queries
- Monitor various mailboxes coming into the business, answering in an efficient and professional manner
- Providing support for on and offside events
- Excel in managing multiple work streams
- Strong communication skills and be confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- You must have high attention to detail
- You must be proactive and a multi-tasker
