We are looking for a motivated Team Admin Assistant to join our team in an administrative role

You should have commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care as well as strong administrative skills.

The role will entail answering phone calls from the multidisciplinary team, patients, their families and carers amongst others. Processing referrals through the SystmOne module and passing urgent calls through to the registered staff.

The administrative function of the role will entail answering phone calls from the multidisciplinary team, patients, their families and carers amongst others. Processing referrals through the SystmOne module and passing urgent calls through to the registered staff.

You will receive excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision and appraisal.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.
