** TeamJobs are looking for an Accounts Administrator in Poole **
This is a great opportunity to join a tight-knit finance team, whilst also being responsible for general office and administrative duties.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
- Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Invoice processing and filing
- Bank reconciliations
- Ad hoc office / admin duties
About you:
- knowledge and experience using SAGE 50
- proficiency in Excel
Perks of the role:
- Salary starting from £24,000 p/a
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- 8% pension from basic salary (covering 5%)
