Are you a creative and self-motivated marketer looking for a standalone role where you can really make an impact?

Our accident repair centres based in Poole and Yeovil are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Assistant/Executive to join our team, you will need to be able to drive.

In this role, you'll handle a variety of marketing activities, including managing our social media channels, website updating, creating engaging video (yes, that means TikTok too), graphic design as well as attending events on behalf of the company. As a roll your sleeves up individual you will also do some general admin tasks.

Experience

Ideally you will have experience in a marketing, communications, or digital media role as well as managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.) to build brand presence and engagement.

Experience creating and editing visual content – graphics, photos, and videos (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) and updating websites.

About You?

  • Are you a creative thinker with an eye for detail and design as well as strong organisational and time management skills – able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident, proactive, and self-motivated – able to work independently in a standalone marketing role.
  • Flexible and adaptable – enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive "roll your sleeves up" attitude – willing to get involved in wider admin or team support as needed.
