Senior Marketing Executive

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving marketing initiatives across multiple brands and locations within the automotive sector. You will take ownership of marketing activities, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines while delivering innovative, results-driven campaigns that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be confident and experienced across diverse marketing channels, capable of managing projects independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment. You will leverage data insights to optimise campaigns and demonstrate measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
• Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Oversee social media presence and engagement across key platforms.
• Manage and optimise online business listings (e.g., Google My Business).
• Deliver effective PPC and SEO campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Maintain and enhance company websites across multiple hosting platforms.
• Produce performance reports and actionable insights to improve campaign ROI.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate on photography, videography, and graphic design projects.
• Support internal and external events (e.g., Golf Days, Boat Days) to strengthen brand presence.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with manufacturer standards and brand guidelines.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in marketing, including campaign creation and management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with strong planning and time management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Desirable

• Marketing experience within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva).
