Hours: Full time, core hours 10:00-16:00 Mon-Fri with flexible start and finish times.

Please note there is a requirement to work some weekends and evenings, including match days and special events.

Your next role

We’re excited to be looking for a well organised and enthusiastic individual who’d love to jump in and build strong relationships as our new Fundraising Officer, joining our amazing Fundraising & Partnerships Team. You’ll play an integral part in supporting all of our fundraising activities, taking the lead in coordinating our challenge events and stewarding our community donors, acting as the liaison between our supporters and the Foundation.

You’ll be working with the team based at St Mary’s Stadium but expect some variety as you watch your plans come to life, as well as getting out to stay in touch with our projects, partners and our passionate supporters.

What you’ll bring to our team

We want all our colleagues to bring with them their individual differences, we welcome your unique point of view and dynamic ideas, it’s what allows us to keep on being our best selves.

You’ll be able to keep information well organised, keeping track of people via our supporter database, as well as project planning the next event. Being able to balance the daily transactional paperwork where following processes are key, with being outgoing, and confidently building and maintaining relationships through effective communications.

You’ll love to seize an opportunity when you see it and enjoy the buzz of being able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, we’re always working towards our next initiative, with various ideas on the go

Your experience within a charity or fundraising environment, event management and the ability to manage relationships will be invaluable to us.
