A luxury international 5-star Hotel located in SW London's prestigious Belgravia District are looking for a Front of House, Guest Services Agent for a fantastic career opportunity.

We are ideally seeking an experienced Guest Services Agent or Guest Service Manager or Receptionist with previous experience working on the Front Desk of a luxury hotel.

**Desirable**
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver the very highest standards in customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar Guest Service or Front of House / Reception role in a luxury 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work
- A high level of both written and spoken English
- Experience of Opera PMS
- Dedicated, passionate and customer and service quality focused
- A willingness to work on a shared shift basis which may include working occasional night shifts
