Are you an experienced **Executive Assistant**? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior PA / Office Manager looking for a new challenge within the Heating Industry to be based at Parkhill Business Centre, BB12 6TG. This vacancy has arisen as a result of a successful large period of growth in the business and would suit a person who wishes to develop their career as the business continues to expand and transitions as an FCA Regulated entity.
This role will be full-time, 25 hours per week Mon-Fri (example 10am-3pm daily).

**Scope & Responsibilities**
- Schedule and organise Executive, Board and Senior Management Diaries and Meetings.
- Prepare agendas, compile and produce Board Packs and meeting documentation for circulation.
- Effective minute taking and typing up notes into formal minutes for Board Approval.
- Manage Project Plans and prompt action points and deadline reminders as required.
- General Office/Facilities Management.
- Arranging Business Events including booking venues, travel plans, catering, itineraries etc.
- Liaising with clients and business guests as the first point on behalf of the Executive Team.
- Maintaining electronic filing systems ensuring processes and documents are stored securely in line with GDPR and Compliance Regulations.
- Support Company wide initiatives
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the Executive, Board and Senior Management Teams acting with integrity, discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Develop an effective understanding of the business initiatives including FCA Regulations working alongside the Compliance, Legal and HR Managers.
