About the Job_**
An exciting opportunity to join our Business Operations team on a permanent basis. You will provide first line technical solutions to internal and external customers supporting all manner of projects and tasks associated with Web, Electronic customer, and vendor connectivity.

**_What you can expect to be getting up to as an Operations Support Associate:_**
- Implement fixes, routing and coordinate requests to other areas of the business.
- maintain customers’ existing electronic ordering capabilities, actively promote increased use of web, XML and EDI functionality with both internal and external customers.
- Manage web content and segmentation using Kentico, Pimcore.
- Support the Web release process including UAT and business validation.
- Manage Personalised Delivery set ups.
- Offer customer training face to face and remotely.
- Focus on profit revenue maximisation and cost efficiency for the company

In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:_**
- Previous working experience in a 1st line support role
- PC Literate - working knowledge of web browsers, Office suite or equivalent windows based software.
- Confidence in presenting training and answering customer questions through attentive listening
- Experience in two or more of the following;
- Internet Commerce
- EDI Technologies
- XML Technologies
- FTP Technologies
