**Salary**: £46,028

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Working with the Senior Communications Manager to develop and deliver internal communications activity specifically around IM&T and our facilities infrastructure as we evolve our future ways of working
- Developing and delivering communications activity that supports our Engineering, Facilities and Security teams and specific special projects as required within our sector
- Finding creative ways to further develop our employee app as the channel lead for the app within the Air Communications team, and helping design and implement a continuous improvement plan for our full range of employee communications channels
- Coordinating, collating and drafting a mix of content for a range of internal activity - sourcing quality content from the business, including video content, and maximising its use through different creative media/communications channels
- Developing and managing relationships with key internal stakeholders, up to and including directors and providing professional advice to the business in support of key business objectives
- Organising and planning communications briefings and events in support of business objectives

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Hold a degree and/or relevant professional qualification (or equivalent) or relevant experience relating to communications
- Experience of working in large, complex organisations with a broad range of stakeholders
- Good understanding of the role of communications within business. This will include internal communications and core principals, technique & skills
- Ability to persuade and influence through effective communications with excellent written and oral skills
- Experience of Change Communications

As a Senior Communications Advisor, you’ll be a key member of the wider internal communications team working on a range of communications activities across the exciting international Air sector. This will include building strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, providing strategic communications advice and deliver engaging communications plans and creative content to support business goals.
