Employee Relations Advisor

Hybrid Working - City of London

Salary £35 - £40K + bens
- Support and coach managers on employee relations.
- Provide consistent, timely advice in line with employment law and HR procedures.
- Develop and maintain Employee Experience policies.
- Work on a hybrid basis (home and office).

**Responsibilities**:

- Advise on ER cases (sickness, AWOL, disciplinary, grievance, etc.).
- Manage ER cases to resolution, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Guide managers on processes and procedures.
- Attend formal hearings and document proceedings.
- Draft outcomes for employment tribunals.
- Manage TUPE transfers and liaise with providers.
- Handle short
- and long-term sickness cases, liaising with external providers.

About You
- Extensive experience in HR policy development and implementation.
- Proven experience in employee relations and complex case management.
- Experience of working in a Unionised environment - ideally with UNITE
- Knowledge of employment law and tribunal case preparation.
- Customer-focused, value-driven, and process-oriented.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and international environments is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
