A fantastic opportunity has opened for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our Employee Relations team within Norwood’s HR department.

**As our Employee Relations Advisor, some of your main responsibilities would be**:

- To provide support our teams with performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and all matters relating to employee terms and conditions
- To support and advise line managers in matters of employment law especially in relation to employment contracts and employee relations
- To lead on the management of casework, including making recommendations, giving advice and support to managers, liaising with OH, supporting with disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures and change process consultations

**Essential Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years proven experience in the field of employee relations including disciplinary, grievances, change management & consultation processes and capability
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build effective working relationships
- Sound awareness of employment law.
- Provision of guidance and advice to front line managers.
- CIPD qualification level 3 or above
- Previous experience of working in the care sector, is desirable
