**We are looking for an AFFILIATE MARKETING AND PARTENRSHIP EXECUTIVE**

**Location: London or Norwich office**

**Hours: 40hrs per week (5 days per week, between Monday -Friday)**

**Purpose**:
Systemise, deliver, promote and optimise affiliate & partnership campaigns that will generate MoM revenue growth of the affiliate and partnership channel. And provide a consistent touch-point for our publishers & partners.

**Primary Objectives**:

- Help grow revenue via affiliate marketing & partnerships activity;
- Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners;
- Deploy and optimise campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel;
- Keep affiliates up to date with the latest company news and promotional activity/campaigns;
- Monitor affiliate asset publishing in line with latest offers, promos & branding material;
- Ensure all ROAS and sales targets are met through the affiliate channels and partnerships;
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Manage relationships with the affiliate partners;
- Deliver weekly progress, commission and activity reports for key affiliate partners;
- Collaborate with the creative & commercial teams to create affiliate marketing promotional material and be the point of contact to regularly distribute amongst partners/publishers;
- Assist in managing the affiliate and partnership budget;
- Owning affiliate publisher sales validation process
- Stay up to date with the latest affiliate marketing trends;
- Forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners - both new and existing;
**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Qualified to Degree level or equivalent
- A proven track record in a similar role - Passion for affiliate marketing
- At least one years’ experience managing an external affiliate network, publisher and/or partnerships network;
- Working knowledge of major analytics programmes like Google Analytics and Affiliate Network Platforms such as Affiliate Window, Commission Junction, Rakuten LinkShare etc.
- A good working knowledge of the latest affiliate marketing and online partnerships trends;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise projects and work with multiple stakeholders;
- Diplomacy and the ability to maintain relationships with colleagues across multiple locations;
- Fluent in English with an excellent standard of written and verbal communication;
- Creativity and decision making, coupled with the ability to thrive in a friendly, energetic environment that values integrity and embraces change;
- Excel and numerical skills;
