THE GIG

As a key member of performance marketing team reporting into the Paid Search Manager you will be responsible for creating and implementing Dr. Martens’ SEO and content/publisher affiliate outreach strategy/programmes.

The key responsibilities of the role:
Partner Outreach: SEO, Affiliates and Influencers
- Build internal awareness and understanding of influencer marketing and digital platforms, trends and measurement
- Identify, cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers and affiliate partners across all digital channels to drive content/revenue
- Drive/own affiliate partner relationship (Rakuten) to drive growth/revenue
- Develop Dr. Martens digital partnership programme into a long term, measurable marketing and SEO outreach strategy
- Support paid content and influencer marketing campaigns from initial outreach and negotiation to final execution and reporting

Collaboration, Leveraging Assets & Localisation
- Work closely with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to generate ideas, content strategy and creative content across all areas of the business and considering relevant seasonal moments
- Work with Global Digital Search Team to help identify new opportunities and leverage best practice for SEO outreach.
- Optimisation of PR and Marketing activity to drive exposure and leverage assets
- Localise strategy through collaboration with regional teams - and agency support, as required

Reporting And Commercial
- Utilisation of common analytical data resources to investigate and report on the results of activity
- Management and reporting of budget, including gifting and affiliate commissions
- Development of robust marketing business cases when required
- Innovation and testing of new ideas to continuously drive performance
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, news, data and research quickly
