Affiliate Marketing Executive

The EMEA Affiliate Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager on the affiliate program with a key focus on UK and DE markets.

They will be an integral part of our EMEA Marketing Team, based in our regional Head Office in London and working jointly with our cross-functional Global Marketing Teams, based in Columbus, Ohio.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Own the day-to-day communication and campaign tactics across voucher, cashback, loyalty and product feed driven partnerships.
- Build strategy to deliver against KPIs, negotiate placements, schedule CPA and tenancy fees within affiliate platform etc.
- Work closely with EMEA designer to plan and deliver seasonally relevant creatives to all affiliate partners.
- Collaborate with the promo teams to build out a strategy where affiliates can best support the promo calendar and test ad hoc promotional strategies across all relevant partnerships.
- Responsible for partner audits ensuring all affiliate sites are up to date with correct information, tracking links and creatives at all time.
- Produce regular reporting and analysis on program performance and tests in region.
- Run regular competitor analysis across affiliate sites.
- Responsible for submitting and managing channel invoices.
- Support the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager on other projects as/when needed.

**What Do You Need To Bring?**
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising or related field.
- 1-2 year’s work experience in affiliate marketing (network/agency/publisher or brand side).
- Experience working across affiliate networks, strong understanding of affiliate types and familiar with CPA/hybrid tactics.
- Strong planning, organisational, numerical and prioritisation skills.
- Will be resilient, enthusiastic, comfortable with ambiguity & will thrive in a fast-paced, fluid retail environment.
- Will be totally comfortable with project, KPI and process management and able to effectively communicate and coordinate efforts across a Global organisation.
