**Overview**

HR Assistant and Office Co-ordinator - £29,000 - £30,000

Location: London -Hybrid

**The role**

My client is looking for a focused, organised, ambitious individual to join their agile, high performance HR division. You will have 2-3 years’ HR generalist/administrative experience and used to working in a fast-paced environment

**HR duties including, but not limited to**:

- Assisting the HR department with the full employee life cycle including recruitment, diary management relating to interviews, onboarding, performance appraisal cycle administration, offboarding, maintaining personnel records and database (BambooHR),

**Office administration duties including, but not limited to**:

- Reception duties including but not limited to answering incoming calls, welcoming guests, meeting room bookings;
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies, stationery, furniture;
- Implementing and maintaining procedures and office administrative systems;
- Ensuring the office is maintained to a superb standard and is a warm environment.
- Ensuring health and safety policies and risk assessment are up to date and ensure daily health and safety is observed;
- Transport and courier service booking;
- Any other administrative duties as might be required from time to time (i.e. minute taking; agenda preparation, preparing letters, presentations and reports)
- Social Event Organisation as required

**Knowledge and skills required**:
HR administration/officer background and experience required

Office coordinator/management including health and safety background
