**What is the role?**

As a Grill Chef at LEON Restaurant, you will work with a team of likeminded people to deliver great food. Ensuring each dish is served to the best standard, you will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core values and reflect this in the dishes you prepare. Following brand guidelines is essential in this position, and training will be provided. LEON serves a variety of dishes inspired from the Mediterranean and offers vegan and a varied offering of dietary specific options. Salads, burgers, wraps and tagines are just a few of the offerings available from LEON.

Due to business needs, we are looking for **full time flexible** people who can work **early shifts that can start at 4am or late shifts which can finish up to 1am** so please ensure you are available to work these times and can get to and from the station.
