**What is the role?**

We are looking for Back of House Team Members to join us in Kings Cross Station LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. You will work with a team of likeminded people to deliver great food and service. You will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core values and deliver this in the dishes you prepare, whilst adhering to excellent cleanliness and store standards. Following brand guidelines is essential in this position, and training will be provided. LEON serves a variety of dishes inspired from the Mediterranean and offers vegan and a varied offering of dietary specific options. Salads, burgers, wraps and tagines are just a few of the offerings available from LEON.
