**What is the role?**

Kitchen Team. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good. You will work with a team of likeminded people to deliver great food. Ensuring each dish is served to the best standard, you will leave & breathe LEON & HMSHost core values and reflect this in the dishes you prepare. Following brand guidelines is essential in this position, and training will be provided. LEON serves a variety of dishes inspired from the Mediterranean and offers vegan and a varied offering of dietary specific options. Salads, burgers, wraps and tagines are just a few of the offerings available from LEON.
