**Customer Support & Inside Sales Executive - French or Spanish**
**Salary £28,000 - £30,000**
**Based in Ealing**
**Hybrid after 3 months ( 3 days in office, 2 days working from home)**
A great opportunity has arisen for a high-performing, multi skilled Customer Support / Insides Sales Executive who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a top manufacturer and distributor of tools and accessories in the building industry, basedin Ealing. Must be bilingual in French or Spanish and English.
**Duties**:
- Taking calls from customers in relation to any queries including product information, pricing, logistic queries etc
- Sending quotations and samples
- Sending orders to sales support team to process
- Calling existing customers to establish any needs or requirements, offering product information and maximizing on orders.
- Calling warm prospect clients ( sales team have agreed pricing ) to established needs, offering product information
- Using Excel on a regular basis for quotations, product information, potential clients etc.
**Experience & Skills Required**:
- Excellent PC Skills (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel
- Must be able to use Pivot tables and V look ups)
- Multilingual in **French or Spanish** and English
- and other European languages desirable
- Experience of working within the DIY industry advantageous, must have worked in a manufacturing, distribution environment
- B2B customer support experience, the ability to do proactive calls to customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and numeracy
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A professional, proactive and positive 'can do' attitude
- Must live in an easy commute to Ealing
