**The Opportunity**
Customer Service & Home Claims Handler
Full Time Permanent positions - 40 hours per week.
Location - Lynchwood House, Peterborough Business Park / Hybrid Working available
Base Salary : £22,857 - £24,000. + bonus and benefits worth up £5093 - £5350 = total package of £27,950 - £29,350 based on experience
Shift Work between - Monday/Friday -8am-8pm / Saturdays 9am-5pm (1 in 4 Saturdays)

We’ll be honest. The insurance world and this role are all about delivering extraordinary customer service. Making sure every conversation counts. Not being happy until our customer leaves the call content.
**The Role**
Your role will include initial training and support during which we will need you to be on site full time to ensure you are happy and comfortable in your role.
After training you can choose to be based fully on site or work within a hybrid working environment, we have a minimum expectation of two days per week in the office, although you may wish to work in the office more frequently than this.
To undertake your role partly from home you'll need good internet speed and a private, quiet space that's undisturbed to work effectively, and we will provide you with all the equipment needed.

- Passionate about delivering great customer service. You’re the first point of contact with our customer when they need help.

- Able to quickly identify our customers’ needs.
- Provide solutions efficiently and professionally, and with empathy.
- Previous customer service experience advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
- Following successful completion of your induction you will work in a blended environment of office and at home.

- Starting salary of £22,857 - £24,000 based on experience.
- Performance related bonus payments equivalent of up to 7% of your annual salary.

increase pay.
- Employer Pension contribution of 9% with a further maximum match of 2% to give up to 11%.
