As Finance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that are related to Financial Accounting for the organisation.

**Client Details**

My client is looking for an experienced Finance Technician to join their Finance team on an initial temporary contract but with potential to go permanent for the right person

**Description**
- Allocation and banking of all receipts received directly into the office and those paid directly to the bank accounts
- Telephone conversations with members giving information around transactions and payments, taking member payments for arrears and processing refunds
- To deal with a variety of complex financial and administrative tasks
- Taking ownership of personal workloads, prioritising tasks as required to meet business needs and annual Operational Plan objectives
- Checking transactions on membership records and collecting outstanding debt or issuing refunds (Credit Control)
- Adhering to Policies and Procedures and ensuring these are embedded within the business

**Profile**
- Have worked in a similar role before
- Be highly organised
- Understand the importance of deadlines and work to these
- Have Purchase Ledger experience
- Have Customer Service experience
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

**Job Offer**
