At present MediPro are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to develop and support our current quality assurance processes and team. You will be based in our Stockton on Tees centre with the opportunity to potentially travel across the UK to our other Medipro sites. Hybrid working which would include centres locations and remote working. This is a full-time permanent role (with an immediate start available), and comes with an attractive benefits package, these being:

**Job Purpose**

You will build upon the reputation of Medipro, with an unwavering commitment to meticulous service provision, quality assurance and compliance. You will need to be an exceptionally organised, methodical professional with the experience necessary to take our services to the next level with respect to accuracy, quality, and safety. You will be charged with developing a robust Quality Assurance programme that not only safeguards the quality of our services, but also fosters a “quality culture,” in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in our service delivery.

You will be expected to act in accordance with Medipro’s Policies and Procedures, and in turn help develop and uphold them as and when required from a Quality perspective.

**Main Duties**
- Carefully maintain compliant and non-compliant processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions, escalating nonconformance to Senior Management.
- Identify the current position and action taken on compliance in relation to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) contracts, as per our risk management process.
- Analyse quality reports to identify and prioritise the auditing of high risk areas to prevent the escalation of errors, including preventing funding clawback from Funding Agencies.
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of services to confirm quality conformance to specified standards.
- To partake and support in external audits, ensuring proactive preparation and the gathering of all required and relevant information.
- Lead and support the Quality Assurance team, including training them on systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
- To interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards. Including developing new procedures and processes when required.
- Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits on a regular basis to senior management and key external stakeholders.
- Develop new standards for service and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all departments.
- Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills and identify training needs, and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
- Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
- Analyse and investigate learner complaints about courses or course delivery or reported quality issues, to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
- Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as monitor documentation of complaints

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 packages including Word and Excel, to prepare and analyse
