**Purpose of the Role**:Reporting to the HR Director, EMEA, the purpose of this role is complete the administration of employee benefits and support payroll activities in multiple countries across Europe, Middle East and Africa and to provide general HR support.

**Principle Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the administration of all employee benefits in the EMEA region, including but not limited to: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Pension, Company Cars and ad hoc allowances.
- Assist in the issuing of benefits documents including maternity, paternity, adoption, parental and unpaid leave and ensuring all paperwork is completed and Line Managers are kept up to date.
- Managing any benefits changes in conjunction with Payroll Manager, tracking through to completion.
- Running regular reports and maintaining trackers at the request of the HR Director.
- Ensuring all records are accurate and up to date on the HR system Workday and Google Drive, e.g, adding/removing employees, address changes etc.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees.
- Support the administration of new employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Support and work with the wider HR team such as Talent Acquisition to ensure the smooth running of the HR function.
