**Hours: 25 per week (9.30 am to 2.30 pm - Monday to Friday)**

**What we are looking for**

A highly motivated, organised and efficient **Administration Assistant**to work as part of a small office team. You will have strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build relationships with internal stakeholders and members. You will have a positive “can do” attitude combined with a sense of urgency, ensuring that all tasks are actioned quickly. You are a self starter, confident in your ability and able to work unsupervised on your own initiative.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Strong IT Skills with advanced knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite products including Outlook, Word and particularly Excel spreadsheets
- Highly organised and detail orientated with an ability to handle multiple tasks and to prioritise workload effectively
- Previous administrative experience within a Gym/Fitness/Spa setting preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Directly respond to all membership cancellations in a timely and professional manner in line with company guidelines.
- Engage with clients by telephone to gain an understanding of the reason for cancellation and report findings to management (KPI process).
- Manage the invoicing process for Personal Training clients.
- Provide ad-hoc assistance to Personal Trainers as needed (invoice enquiries).
- Develop a monthly Management KPI pack in consultation with management, liaise with other stakeholders in the business to collate relevant data and compile findings in a suitable format.
- Support membership growth.
- Act as a “gym ambassador” ensuring that all interactions with members and guests create a positive impression of the business.
- Undertake other administrative duties of a similar professional nature at the request of management.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
