**Administration Assistant, Consultancy, **SOCOTEC, **Coventry. Salary - £22,000**
To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Environment and Safety Division. SOCOTEC provides a comprehensive range of environmental monitoring and consultancy services to help companies fulfil their legal obligations and to comply with environmental regulations. Our expert field teams provide national coverage and tailored services including site investigation, sampling and analysis, monitoring, interpretation and consultancy. Our qualified and highly talented field consultants provide environmental analysis, environmental monitoring and consultancy services to assist clients in complying with legislation.
We’re looking for an Administration Assistant to help support the consultancy team. The role will include:
- Assisting technical staff with the formatting, completion and issuing of reports to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Monitoring and updating spreadsheets used to track job progress.
- Online ordering and raising purchase requisitions.
- Raising invoices - Including completing PM invoicing requests, support on invoice disputes, raising credits.
- Equipment/PPE hire and purchasing and update of equipment asset register.
- Photocopying, scanning and printing.
- Training matrix support and organisation of training programmes.
- Organising couriers.
- Supporting other members of the Admin team.
- Liaising with staff across different departments.
- Any other duties as reasonably requested.
