Job Description: Administration Assistant

**Overview**:
EE Homes is currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Coventry. We are a leading company in the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) industry, dedicated to delivering sustainable solutions.

**Role Summary**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and prepare ECO paperwork, adhering to Ofgem guidance.
- Coordinate appointments for surveys and installations, working closely with third-party contractors.
- Accurately input relevant information into internal databases/CRM systems.
- Generate insurance guarantees/warranties for installed products on external portals.
- Collate install evidence to support the submissions process.
- Submit and upload documentation to utility portals.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting internal and external monthly deadlines.
- Provide support to team members and cover absences when necessary.
- Perform general administration duties and fulfil ad hoc requests.

**Key Requirements & Experience**
- ECO Industry experience preferred but not essential as full training provided.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and positive attitude towards work.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Meticulous attention to detail

Pay: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

- Coventry, West Midlands: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
