We are looking for two new managers to join our wonderful team. **JOB REQUIREMENTS**

***? Previous experience of supervising a team in a hospitality environment
? Dry stock and packaging management, organisation, ordering and rotation
? Managing the flow and quality of opening, service and close down
? Regular virtual communication with the rest of the team via Slack (daily handover, updates on stock, staff conduct and other issues as they arise)
? Managing staff performance and communicating issues with this to line manager as they arise
? Overseeing customer experience
? Happy to cover chef shifts if needed - full training given.
? In charge of setting the tone of professionalism in the workplace
? Disciplining staff and working closely with supervisors and chefs to ensure smooth running.
? Running the restaurant when manager isn't there
? Contributing to improving processes and the growth of the company
? Cleaning, deep cleaning and washing up
? Making and packaging sides
? Working with deep fat fryers
? Good understanding of hygiene, ingredients and allergens for our vegan & gluten free menu
? Vegetable prep
? On feet being active for all of the day, lifting stock, hands on work.**?
?**? Excellent verbal communication with customers and staff
? Attendance and leadership of weekly management meetings

? Level 2 Food hygiene certificate, completed before starting with us.
